  • Module 2: Vehicle Engine Multifunction Display (VEMD)
    A review of the operation of the VEMD, the Configure Page, the Maintenance Pages, messages, failures, flight reports and performance page

  • Module 3: Main Rotor and Gearbox
    A review of the main rotor drive and components, the transmission oil system, the main rotor system, indicating systems, failures and vortex ring state.

  • Module 4: Tail Rotor and Gearbox
    A review of the tail rotor drive, tail rotor assembly, indications and failures.

  • Module 5: Dual Hydraulic System
    A review of the dual hydraulic system construction, system tests and failures.

  • Module 6: Electrical System
    A review of the electrical system, system component location and failures.

  • Module 7: Fuel System
    A review of both the original and crash resistant fuel tanks, system components, fuel control system components, indications and failures.

  • Module 8: Powerplant
    Overview of the Turbomeca Arriel 2D engine design, operation and failures of the engine oil system, engine indication failure procedures, Fuel control failures and engine failure procedures (autorotations).
